How the Intensive Works

1. Pre-Session Preparation

Before our session, you’ll complete a short preparation questionnaire and submit any relevant vendor proposals or planning details you’d reviewed.

This allows us to begin the session with a clear understanding of where you are in the planning process.

2. The Intensive Session

We’ll spend approximately five hours working through your wedding plans together in a focused strategy session.

During this time, we clarify your priorities, structure your budget, review vendor decisions, and create a clear planning direction.

3. Post Session Deliverables

Within 72 hours of our session, you’ll receive a written summary outlining the key decisions we made together, along with prioritized next steps and your strategic planning roadmap.
